The wine region of Palo Cortado Sherry is located in the region of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry of Andalousie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Bodegas Tradición or the Domaine Equipo Navazos produce mainly wines natural sweet. On the nose of Palo Cortado Sherry often reveals types of flavors of oaky, orange peel or microbio and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, oak or tree fruit. In the mouth of Palo Cortado Sherry is a powerful with a nice freshness.
We currently count 19 estates and châteaux in the of Palo Cortado Sherry, producing 30 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Palo Cortado Sherry go well with generally quite well with dishes of sweet desserts, mature and hard cheese or appetizers and snacks.
